Each peptide is a coloured band on the syringe. The marks are cumulative: draw the first peptide to its mark, then draw the next one until the plunger reaches the next mark, and so on. The last mark is your total. Units are the marks printed on the barrel (100 units = 1 mL). If you don't know the units, open Calculate units from a vial under a peptide and enter the vial size, the bacteriostatic water you added, and the dose you want, and it works out the units for you.
