Coaching Highlights
Plans are designed for the client looking to get more out of their health, physique & fitness while focusing on maximizing cellular health & metabolic function for optimal health & performance. My goals are to ensure that your body is in an optimal state to be prepared for any opportunity, whether that be contest prep, shred for vacation, sports event, etc.
Customized
Clients will receive a fully customized nutritional plan, supplement plan, and training program based on their individual needs and state. All plans are individually tailored according to your body type, lifestyle, goals, and taking into consideration of any health conditions and using the information you have provided in your initial consultation.
Weekly Check-Ins
To ensure you are on the right path, clients will be expected to have weekly check in’s, which consist of filling out the check-in sheet, and body composition photos will be necessary. As well as training logs and videos will be requested.
Coaching
Personal coaching is provided for each month you are signed on. Included are unlimited messaging/texting (no phone calls, please), any questions or concerns, any changes that may be needed to your personalized meal plan and/or exercise program, suggestions/advice and any feedback.
Every person’s health journey is unique, and so are the support needs that come with it. I offer flexible month-to-month options with no long-term contracts, so you can come and go as you please.
Rates vary depending on the type and level of support you’re looking for. After your complimentary 30-minute consultation, I’ll provide you with my current rates and package options so you can choose what works best for you.
Clients receive fully tailored nutrition and, if applicable, training programs based on their unique needs, current state, and health goals. All key biomarkers are considered, including sleep quality, stress levels, digestion, energy patterns, and recovery capacity, to create a plan that supports both immediate progress and long-term health.
Your program may include
• Personalized supplement, peptide, and lifestyle recommendations based on your symptoms, history, and functional assessments
• Ongoing plan adjustments as your body adapts and your needs change

• 24-hour direct access for questions, feedback, and updates between check-ins

Macro based Nutrition including nutrient timing
A supplement protocol will be recommended based on client’s individual needs. Clients will also have access to high quality supplements at a discounted price
The level of accountability you receive will depend on the package you choose. Some clients connect with me through regular coaching calls, while others prefer messaging-only support. Regardless of the option you select, you will always have direct access to me via WhatsApp for ongoing communication, along with weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and keep you on track. This ensures that no matter your preferred style of support, you remain connected, motivated, and supported throughout your program.
Your program will evolve as you do. Based on your feedback, progress, and key biofeedback cues such as sleep quality, digestion, stress levels, and recovery, I will make targeted updates to your nutrition, training, supplement, or peptide protocols. These refinements help ensure your plan remains effective, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
Clients Responsibility
For my clients to succeed, I do ask for a certain level of commitment. The following are some basic expectations I have from my clients in order to ensure success in my program,:
- The client is to check in on their scheduled day
- Communication is key; clients will get the most benefit when they are open & honest, a lack of information can hinder results
- Clients are to play an active role in learning about their bodies; this will boost the benefits of working together
- Trust me as your coach
- The client is to acknowledge that they will get out what they put into the programming.
- Consistency & training intensity will play a vital role in clients’ progress

Health Consultation
Have you ever been interested in better understanding bloodwork or lab reports? Do you have general health concerns that you are interested in receiving deeper insights to? A health consultation is an opportunity to have me review this information ahead of time and then spend an entire hour discussing results and offering insights to you.

*To make this as effective as possible, I will recommend that they fill out the client submission sheet prior to the call
Coach Mentorship
A mentorship call will be for anyone who desires to improve their coaching abilities.
The individual will be able to submit all their information, whether it is for themselves or for a client prior to the call so I can review and be prepared for our call.
Mentoriship calls last up to two hours to discuss the history of the individual and look at a plan of action to move forward with for weeks to come, including:
- Nutrition planning,
- Training planning, supplemental planning
- Any other information that may help the individual achieve the results
The individual will then have a follow-up progress check-in email to ensure results are still on track and what alternations may need to be implemented.
